10. How to Cancel an Order

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," select the cancelable order, and submit a cancellation request.

Alternatively, contact online customer service, provide the order number and cancellation request, and we will process it within 3 business days.

After successful order cancellation, payment will be refunded using the original payment method.

If the order has been partially shipped, only the unshipped portion may be cancelled, and the corresponding payment will be refunded.
